On peut obtenir 3% \u00e0 6% d\u2019augmentation des ventes au d\u00e9but, puis voir ce taux augmenter dans le temps. On le voit chez les clients qui utilisent notre technologie : g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ce taux monte crescendo.<\/p>\n<h3>L\u2019<a title=\"Europe\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Europe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">Europe<\/a> en avance sur les <a title=\"United States\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.8833333333,-77.0166666667&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=38.8833333333,-77.0166666667 (United%20States)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">\u00c9tats-Unis<\/a> et le <a title=\"United Kingdom\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=51.5,-0.116666666667&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=51.5,-0.116666666667 (United%20Kingdom)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Royaume Uni<\/a> pour le commerce alimentaire<\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;Europe est en avance sur certaines parties de l\u2019e-commerce, notamment sur les achats de type alimentaire, du fait qu\u2019on a tr\u00e8s vite adopt\u00e9 la livraison de nos courses \u00e0 domicile.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, dans les autres secteurs, les \u00c9tats-Unis gardent une longueur d\u2019avance, notamment en ce qui concerne l\u2019habillement. En Angleterre, on \u00e9tait plus concentr\u00e9 sur la livraison \u00e0 domicile, et le drive a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 relativement r\u00e9cemment, \u00e0 l\u2019inverse des Fran\u00e7ais qui l\u2019ont rapidement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans leurs comportements d\u2019achat.<\/p>\n<h3>Que va-t-on voir dans les prochaines ann\u00e9es au niveau de la recommandation et de la personnalisation de la part des e-commer\u00e7ants?<\/h3>\n<p>On va essayer de fluidifier les liens entre le monde virtuel et le monde r\u00e9el : le client cherche de plus en plus d\u2019informations sur Internet pour ensuite faire ses achats sur le site de vente physique.<\/p>\n<h3>C\u2019est la probl\u00e9matique du <a title=\"Mobile to store\" href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/06\/mobile-to-store\/\">drive to store<\/a>, on en parle beaucoup mais on ne le voit pas \u00e9voluer\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>C\u2019est en construction : il a fallu commencer par l\u2019environnement, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce que l\u2019utilisateur s\u2019y habitue, pour ensuite <a title=\"Drive to store\" href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/01\/drive-to-store\/\">l\u2019apporter en magasin<\/a> avec des technologies comme uBeacon.
