C&rsquo;est un sujet que je connais bien pour l&rsquo;avoir pratiqu\u00e9 pendant trois ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le sujet du mobile est \u00e9galement omnipr\u00e9sent, du fait de la transformation du commerce, et la transformation vers la mobilit\u00e9 est certainement un des sujets phares du commerce aujourd&rsquo;hui et de la consommation digitale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>D&rsquo;autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s vont tous azimuts et se lancent \u00e0 corps\u00a0perdu dans le num\u00e9rique absolument partout &#8230; jusque dans les ascenseurs. Est-ce l\u00e0 la martingale, je n&rsquo;en sais rien ? !<\/p>\n<p>On voit \u00e9galement des interpr\u00e9tations diverses autour de l&rsquo;utilisation par les employ\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise, avec une explication, parfois sp\u00e9cieuse, comme quoi si on l&rsquo;utilise en interne, on sera plus performant en ext\u00e9rieur. Cela n&rsquo;est pas toujours prouv\u00e9. Notamment, si l&rsquo;usage du num\u00e9rique finit par masquer le contact avec le client, celui-ci finit par certainement devenir anti productif<\/p>\n<p>Le gain de productivit\u00e9 interne justement est un cas int\u00e9ressant, car l&rsquo;utilisation du digital a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 comprise, si on inclut dans cette acception des choses aussi anciennes que l\u2019introduction du mail, des r\u00e9seaux sociaux d&rsquo;entreprise et de la collaboration, comme un moyen d&rsquo;augmenter la productivit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s. C&rsquo;est notamment le cas dans le cadre de la mobilit\u00e9 et de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail. On peut aussi entendre la digitalisation et la sommation digitale en ce sens.<\/p>\n<h3>Id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues : la transformation digitale n&rsquo;est pas qu&rsquo;une affaire de techno<\/h3>\n<p>Enfin, et pour moi c&rsquo;est seulement ce point que je retiendrai, il y a la transformation du m\u00e9tier, qui consiste \u00e0 utiliser les technologies digitales pour am\u00e9liorer voir rendre les m\u00e9tiers plus efficaces ou plus performant. Dans tous les cas, ce que je note, c&rsquo;est que la transformation digitale est avant toute une question de transformation et non de techno. C&rsquo;est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui le retenir pour r\u00e9ussir cette fameuse transformation, si tant est qu&rsquo;il faille garder ce terme.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/06\/ecrm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Je prendrai dans le domaine des m\u00e9dias sociaux juste un exemple : celui de Tanguy Moillard de Bouygues T\u00e9l\u00e9com qui y a mis en place le eCRM<\/a>. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 mon avis une v\u00e9ritable meilleure pratique du domaine dans la mesure o\u00f9, s&rsquo;est expliqu\u00e9 tr\u00e8s clairement dans la vid\u00e9o dont le lien est indiqu\u00e9 ici, http:\/\/bit.ly\/tanguym.<\/p>\n<p>Tanguy a mis plus en place une nouvelle forme de <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Customer relationship management\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Customer_relationship_management\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">CRM<\/a> que <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"ECRM\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/ECRM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">eCRM<\/a> : c&rsquo;est surtout cela qu&rsquo;il faut retenir. Il a utilis\u00e9 le digital et notamment les techno et les m\u00e9dias sociaux pour am\u00e9liorer son business et surtout de fa\u00e7on proactive, am\u00e9liorer ses produits.
