Toutefois, la difficult\u00e9 est la suivante : comment faire en sorte que cette id\u00e9e puisse aboutir et se concr\u00e9tiser en innovation ?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour y parvenir, deux pistes se pr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 nous :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lier les id\u00e9es entre elles : Une innovation na\u00eet bien souvent du rapprochement improbable et peu conventionnel entre deux id\u00e9es que la raison et le bon sens nous recommandaient de garder bien \u00e9loign\u00e9es l\u2019une de l\u2019autre. En grec, &lsquo;Zagma&rsquo; (qui signifie attelage, lien) est une figure de style consistant justement \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un effet de surprise par un rapprochement in\u00e9dit entre deux termes &#8230; il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 appliquer ce concept aux id\u00e9es ;)) Mais lorsque les id\u00e9es fusent dans tous les sens, rien de tel qu\u2019un d\u00e9sordre organis\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce au <em>Mind<\/em> <em>Mapping <\/em>\u00e9galement connu sous le nom de cartographie heuristique : le site <a title=\"carte heuristiques, mind maps\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210304041622\/https:\/\/www.petillant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Petillant.com<\/a>, particuli\u00e8rement bien con\u00e7u, vous \u00e9clairera sur la question pour ceux qui souhaitent en savoir plus.<\/li>\n<li>Canaliser ses \u00e9motions: J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9cemment lu un article sur <a title=\"Coaching avenue\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230322033632\/http:\/\/coachingavenue.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">coaching avenue<\/a> qui proposait un <a title=\"L&#039;intelligence \u00e9motionnelle et le coup de t\u00eate de Zidane\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20220927040011\/http:\/\/www.coachingavenue.com\/2\/view_news.php?id_news=465\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">d\u00e9cryptage du fameux coup de t\u00eate de zidane \u00e0 partir du concept d&rsquo;intelligence \u00e9motionnelle<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Au quotidien, nous sommes tous confront\u00e9s \u00e0 nos propres \u00e9motions, mais \u00e9galement \u00e0 celles des autres : le succ\u00e8s d&rsquo;une id\u00e9e au sein d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9pend de la gestion de l&rsquo;ensemble de ces \u00e9motions. Une d\u00e9finition pertinente de l&rsquo;intelligence \u00e9motionnelle (IE) est la suivante : &lsquo;L\u2019habilit\u00e9 \u00e0 percevoir et \u00e0 exprimer les \u00e9motions, \u00e0 les int\u00e9grer pour faciliter la pens\u00e9e, \u00e0 comprendre et \u00e0 raisonner avec les \u00e9motions, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 r\u00e9guler les \u00e9motions chez soi et chez les autres.
