La suite marketing cloud est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en elle-m\u00eame un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de transformation ( cf. <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/2014\/05\/reinventing-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">notre article sur la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du 14 mai<\/a>\u00a0). Mais aussi et surtout, Adobe s&rsquo;est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 elle-m\u00eame\u2026 ses propres recettes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Alors que nous \u00e9tions en train de racheter <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Omniture\" href=\"http:\/\/www.omniture.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Omniture<\/a>\u00ab\u00a0, a expliqu\u00e9 Mark, \u00ab\u00a0nous l&rsquo;utilisions d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour nous-m\u00eames, et 74 % aujourd&rsquo;hui de notre budget marketing est d\u00e9pens\u00e9 en ligne (contre 20 % \u00e0 30 % en moyenne en Europe selon le repr\u00e9sentant d&rsquo;Adobe).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Je ne suis d&rsquo;ailleurs pas convaincu par ce chiffre qui me para\u00eet largement sur\u00e9valu\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 ce que je connais du terrain. Je l&rsquo;aurais plac\u00e9 environ 10 %, ce qui ne fait d&rsquo;ailleurs que renforcer l&rsquo;importance du chiffre d&rsquo;Adobe. Un pourcentage impressionnant, dont on retrouve des \u00e9quivalents chez d&rsquo;autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s fortement ancr\u00e9es dans le digital comme Cisco par exemple.<\/p>\n<h3>Et pourtant \u00ab toutes les d\u00e9cisions des clients se prennent en ligne \u00bb<\/h3>\n<p>C&rsquo;est bien l\u00e0 le hic ; le gouffre \u00e9norme pour la plupart des entreprises, notamment en <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"France\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=48.8566666667,2.35083333333&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=48.8566666667,2.35083333333 (France)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">France<\/a>, entre l&rsquo;adoption du Web et du Web social par les clients finals et l&rsquo;apparente indolence des entreprises en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ce changement de comportement. <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Audi\" href=\"http:\/\/audi.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Audi<\/a>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9, l&rsquo;a bien compris, <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.audi.co.uk\/audi-innovation\/audi-city.html\">avec son magasin<\/span> de <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Mayfair\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mayfair\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">Mayfair<\/a>, le digital \u00ab en magasin a permis d&rsquo;augmenter les ventes d&rsquo;accessoires de 25 %, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une mise en sc\u00e8ne digitale de ces produits \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/www.audi.co.uk\/audi-innovation\/audi-city.html\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"digital car show room Audi.png\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/digital-car-show-room-Audi.png\" alt=\"digital car show room Audi.png\" width=\"500\" height=\"211\" border=\"0\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>La peur de perdre son job ?<\/h3>\n<p>Alors pourquoi ce manque d&rsquo;enthousiasme vis-\u00e0-vis de la transformation digitale du business ? On s&rsquo;en doute, il ne durera pas, mais c&rsquo;est n\u00e9anmoins pr\u00e9occupant. Mark Phibbs pense qu&rsquo;il pourrait bien s&rsquo;agir de la peur de perdre son job car cette transformation digitale vient bousculer l&rsquo;ordre \u00e9tabli.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 mon avis la seule raison. \u00ab Le d\u00e9partement marketing toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7u comme un lieu o\u00f9 on ne faisait pas des choses tr\u00e8s utiles \u00bb a ajout\u00e9 Mark Phibbs.<\/p>\n<p>Il a un peu raison, mais \u00e0 mon avis il faut plut\u00f4t aller chercher du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences, qui souvent font d\u00e9faut, et l&rsquo;absence de ma\u00eetrise g\u00e9n\u00e8re la peur et l&rsquo;immobilisme. Un constat que Mark reconna\u00eet \u00e9galement en insistant sur l&rsquo;importance de la formation que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9voqu\u00e9e dans notre compte rendu de la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du matin.<\/p>\n<p>Mais il a martel\u00e9 plusieurs fois \u00ab il faut sortir les geeks, il ne suffit pas d&#8217;embaucher, il faut aussi former \u00bb. Je peux qu&rsquo;abonder dans son sens\u00a0 pour les deux points.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Photoshop Live -\u00a0Street Retouch Prank\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BRAM8MpqIeA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>La fameuse vid\u00e9o Photoshop de Adobe \u00e0 21 million de vues : simple, nature et efficace, Adobe sait montrer la voie en mati\u00e8re d\u2019utilisation du marketing du bouche \u00e0 Oreille et Mark Phibbs le dit\u00a0clairement :\u00a0\u201cessayez 20 fois et 1 de vos tentative deviendra virale\u201d. Une le\u00e7on pour\u00a0beaucoup de clients<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Un retard fortement accentu\u00e9 en Europe continentale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mark ayant une vue assez globale de l&rsquo;adoption du digital en Europe, je lui ai demand\u00e9 de d\u00e9crire sa vision des diff\u00e9rents pays vis-\u00e0-vis de cette adoption. Sans surprise, le <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United Kingdom\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=51.5,-0.116666666667&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=51.5,-0.116666666667 (United%20Kingdom)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Royaume-Uni<\/a> selon lui est largement devant, y compris devant l&rsquo;Australie, ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9tonnant. Le reste de l&rsquo;Europe est \u00e0 la tra\u00eene. Pas seulement l&rsquo;Espagne ou l&rsquo;<a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Italy\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=41.9,12.4833333333&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=41.9,12.4833333333 (Italy)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Italie<\/a>, mais aussi l&rsquo;Allemagne qu&rsquo;il conna\u00eet bien, pour y r\u00e9sider. Et bien entendu la belle endormie, la douce France toujours aussi frileuse.<\/p>\n<p>Une autre raison de la lenteur de la prise en main de cette transformation digitale dans les entreprises, c&rsquo;est que dans ces pays, et notamment en Allemagne mais aussi en France, on h\u00e9site \u00e0 entrer dans le sujet en se retroussant les manches, et on se pose peut-\u00eatre plus de questions pr\u00e9liminaires, beaucoup de questions pr\u00e9liminaires m\u00eame en Allemagne.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce pays, la simple action, banale en France ou en Angleterre, de prendre une photo de quelqu&rsquo;un pour la mettre sur <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Facebook\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Facebook\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">Facebook<\/a> d\u00e9clenche des cris d&rsquo;horreur, des r\u00e9actions que l&rsquo;on retrouve amplifi\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;entreprise quand il \u00a0s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;adopter le digital pour le business.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a donc encore beaucoup de travail et de pain sur la planche pour les professionnels du m\u00e9tier et les consultants pour calmer les esprits, \u00e9vang\u00e9liser et montrer les champs du possible, et faire dispara\u00eetre cette peur si souvent irrationnelle.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu&rsquo;en est-il de la transformation digitale en Europe ?
