Le march\u00e9 commence par s&rsquo;ouvrir et \u00e0 offrir une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de services et d&rsquo;offreurs, pour enfin se resserrer non pas sur une r\u00e8gle de trois comme on voit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur les march\u00e9s matures du grand public (un acteur dominant, un acteur challenger majeur, un troisi\u00e8me acteur plus modeste et une longue tra\u00eene de petits suiveurs) mais sur un acteur unique et dominant, dans chacun des domaines du Web.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce que Seth Godin a d\u00e9crit comme la r\u00e8gle du \u00ab gagnant emporte presque toute la mise (\u00ab the winner takes almost all \u00bb).\u00a0L\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y a paradoxe, c&rsquo;est que c\u2019est le mon de l\u2019affiliation lui-m\u00eame, via certains acteurs peu scrupuleux du domaine, qui a lui-m\u00eame contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9tat de fait ; en laissant des affili\u00e9s peu recommandables truquer leurs recommandations pour toucher plusieurs fois sur les m\u00eames ventes, ils ont forc\u00e9 les commer\u00e7ants \u00e0 trouver les moyens de \u00ab d\u00e9 dupliqu\u00e9 \u00bb ce qui finalement se retourne contre la profession.<\/p>\n<p>Cela est bien dommage car l\u2019affiliation est un moyen tr\u00e8s efficace, et qui a prouv\u00e9 son utilit\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000, pour recruter, vendre, et recommander. Mais entre la facture Google et Criteo, je d\u00e9plore que l&rsquo;affiliation soit toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme la variable d&rsquo;ajustement&#8230; Notre mod\u00e8le de la performance ne peut pas s&rsquo;opposer aux gens qui ne jouent pas le jeu de la performance.<\/p>\n<p>Quand on m&rsquo;attribue une vente, ce n&rsquo;est pas pour autant qu&rsquo;on arr\u00eate de payer Google. La r\u00e9ciproque n&rsquo;est pas vraie. Ils sont toujours pay\u00e9s. M\u00eame raisonnement pour les acteurs du retargeting.
