Microsoft a lanc\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une foule d\u2019\u00e9tudiants de plusieurs \u00e9coles un concours concernant un plan de communication pour l\u2019un de leur produit. Cela permet aux \u00e9tudiants de valoriser leurs comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Objectif : trouver des id\u00e9es fra\u00eeches et cr\u00e9atives de communication pour le lancement d\u2019un produit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>M\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e : site de crowdsourcing (Studyka) d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tudiants de plusieurs \u00e9coles.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>R\u00e9sultats : 631 participants au challenge. Seules 5 \u00e9quipes de finalistes ont pu pr\u00e9senter leur projet devant le top management de Microsoft. Dans certains cas, les \u00e9tudiants sont recrut\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise utilisant Studyka !<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Exemples de Crowdsourcing n\u00b03 : customisation de produits grand public sur une place de march\u00e9 (<a title=\"Zazzle\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alexa.com\/siteinfo\/zazzle.com#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Zazzle<\/a>)<\/h3>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Objectif : Rendre possible la personnalisation \u00e0 la demande de n&rsquo;importe quel produit sur la plateforme <span title=\"http:\/\/www.zazzle.fr\/\">Zazzle<\/span>. Zazzle cr\u00e9e \u00e0 la fois les outils et le march\u00e9 pour tout ce que la foule peut imaginer et personnaliser.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>M\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e : place de march\u00e9 (technologie propri\u00e9taire) permettant \u00e0 des designers de d\u00e9poser leurs cr\u00e9ations et \u00e0 des consommateurs de personnaliser les produits qu\u2019ils souhaitent acheter en s\u00e9lectionnant un design. Un mix de la LaFraise et d\u2019<a title=\"NASDAQ: EBAY\" href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/finance?q=NASDAQ:EBAY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"googlefinance noopener noreferrer\">Ebay<\/a> !<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/image1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/image_thumb1.png\" alt=\"image\" width=\"644\" height=\"457\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>R\u00e9sultats : + 1 300 collaborateurs sont au service des millions de clients de Zazzle, en seulement 10 ans d\u2019existence.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Conclusion sur le crowdsourcing<\/h3>\n<p>On peut d\u00e9plorer que, globalement, l\u2019usage du Collaboratif client, qui apporte tant d\u2019avantages, soit surtout la chasse gard\u00e9e de grands et tr\u00e8s grands comptes et pas plus celui de PME ! Il est pourtant un moyen de fid\u00e9lisation, de conqu\u00eate de clients et de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, relativement abordable et avec un retour sur investissement certain.
