Il est commun de parler des abandons d\u2019achats et de pester contre le <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/3-D_Secure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3DSecure<\/a>, dont la mise en \u0153uvre europ\u00e9enne est pour le moins h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne, mais il est plus rare de rencontrer des solutions qui m\u00ealent intelligemment marketing et s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les donn\u00e9es analytiques et\u00a0\u00a0 historiques issues du e-commerce, d&rsquo;autres qui sont financi\u00e8res et les derni\u00e8res qui viennent de la transaction elle-m\u00eame. Les donn\u00e9es sont dites \u201cgranulaires\u201d car il faut d&rsquo;\u00e9crire les KPI les plus m\u00e9tier possibles, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque e-commer\u00e7ant. Il n&rsquo;y a donc pas de pr\u00eat \u00e0 porter dans ce domaine, et nous le verrons plus en d\u00e9tail ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a en fait deux aspects dans l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 li\u00e9e au paiement dans le ecommerce :\u00a0 un aspect conversion (il faut rendre le processus d\u2019achat le plus facile possible) et un aspect gestion des risques, fraude et flux financiers (il ne faut pas qu\u2019il soit trop facile, au point de laisser passer les fraudeurs et de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des impay\u00e9s. Ces deux extr\u00eames ne sont cependant pas antinomiques mais compl\u00e9mentaires, m\u00eame si c\u2019est contre intuitif \u2026 mais pour r\u00e9aliser cette synth\u00e8se, il faudra appeler les big data \u00e0 la rescousse.<\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres sont connus : 2 acheteurs sur 3 abandonnent la transaction en cas de probl\u00e8me de paiement.\u00a0 Mais les risques sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s car 33% du montant de la fraude (120 m\u20ac en <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"France\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=48.8566666667,2.35083333333&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=48.8566666667,2.35083333333 (France)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">France<\/a>) sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour seulement 5% des volumes ! Il ne faut donc pas se laisser aller, les impay\u00e9s peuvent co\u00fbter cher, notamment dans le cas de clients comme made.com qui ont des paniers moyens \u00e9lev\u00e9s et donc g\u00e9n\u00e8rent naturellement plus de risques que d\u2019autres e-marchands comme Lemoncurve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Revoir sa page de paiement, une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape oblig\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 revoir sa page de paiement. C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a fait Lemoncurve et ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas du luxe, car sa premi\u00e8re page ressemblait aux premi\u00e8res versions de SIPS d\u2019ATOS en format brut de d\u00e9coffrage.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em><span style=\"color: #777777;\">un exemple de ce qu\u2019il ne faut pas faire (notez que cette copie d\u2019\u00e9cran date de 2010 et pas de 1995)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Mais si la page de paiement doit \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e pour amener \u00e0 la conversion, il faut aussi la personnaliser (en fonction des \u00e9v\u00e9nements par exemple, en lui ajoutant des d\u00e9corations de No\u00ebl en fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e par exemple). Cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape est visuelle et prend en compte l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Proposer diff\u00e9rents modes de paiement \u2026 et faire 8% de CA en plus !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il faut ensuite proposer diff\u00e9rents modes de paiement (paiement diff\u00e9r\u00e9, 3 fois sans frais etc&#8230;). Car on le sait, plus on propose de modes de paiement, plus on maximise ses r\u00e9sulats.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat en combinant les deux a permis par exemple \u00e0 Lemoncurve de r\u00e9aliser 8% de CA suppl\u00e9mentaires. Et encore, \u201cil faudrait encore ajouter le One click\u201d nous pr\u00e9cise Erwan Bruyelle de Rentabiliweb, puis l&rsquo;abonnement et ainsi de suite. Tout ceci permet d&rsquo;augmenter les ventes. Sur la conversion, un des moyens d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration a \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi la remont\u00e9e des donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;\u00e9chec des paiements. Ceci a permis de r\u00e9aliser des actions aupr\u00e8s des clients, m\u00eame s\u2019il faut \u00eatre diplomate quand on annonce cet incident au client final \u2026 les donn\u00e9es de messages d\u2019erreurs sont en effet communiqu\u00e9es au marchand, mais celui-ci doit avoir le tact de pr\u00e9senter l\u2019information le plus naturellement possible \u00e0 son client.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de compte, c\u2019est 18% des paiements qui finissent en abandon, et cela inclut l&rsquo;ensemble des raisons. Et il faut trouver un bon \u00e9quilibre entre s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et lutte contre la fraude et conversion du panier.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9ussir cette synth\u00e8se, il faut \u00eatre branch\u00e9 au marchand et int\u00e9grer l&rsquo;ensemble des \u00e9l\u00e9ments techniques, \u201cet il faut aussi \u00eatre aux premi\u00e8res loges de la lutte contre la fraude\u201d a ajout\u00e9 Erwann Bruyelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un positionnement original<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B2bill a pris ce positionnement original pour travailler la totalit\u00e9 de la cha\u00eene de valeur, pas seulement la partie technique et pas seulement la partie marchand. Cette approche est hautement collaborative (le marchand transmet de la donn\u00e9e avec laquelle le prestataire peut travailler). En amont \u00e9galement, il y a le travail avec les d&rsquo;organismes financiers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pour un <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"3-D Secure\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/3-D_Secure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">3D Secure<\/a> intelligent<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble des donn\u00e9es granulaires (<a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Internet Protocol\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Internet_Protocol\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">IP<\/a>, pays, carte, adresse de livraison, taille du panier etc.) combin\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aspect m\u00e9tier permet de faire un scoring en temps r\u00e9el, de mettre en place des processus et en fonction du risque, par exemple, de d\u00e9clencher le 3D secure, ou de l&rsquo;enlever si le risque est nul, Voire de bloquer l&rsquo;achat en cas de fraude.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Evernote-Snapshot-20140318-172631.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 10px 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border-width: 0px;\" title=\"Evernote-Snapshot-20140318-172631\" alt=\"Evernote-Snapshot-20140318-172631\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Evernote-Snapshot-20140318-172631_thumb.jpg\" width=\"644\" height=\"482\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em>3 pays, 3 risques diff\u00e9rents, 3 m\u00e9thodes, 3 r\u00e9sultats diff\u00e9rents .. vive l\u2019Europe !<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas de made.com il y avait 3 march\u00e9s (France, Italie et UK), 3 types de fraudes et de r\u00e9seaux. Les donn\u00e9es pays sont par exemple tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes selon le pays. Au Royaume Uni, le 3DS a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien mis en \u0153uvre m\u00eame sis cela a toujours un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la transaction. En Italie par conte, le 3D secure est assez absent, et la France est comme d&rsquo;habitude entre les deux. Il ne faut pas \u00eatre pour ou contre le 3DS nous dit b2bill, il faut \u00eatre pour le 3DS \u00e0 bon escient.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont bien entendu diff\u00e9rents selon les pays et on peut les montrer ci-apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une personne d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la fraude<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Made.com a une personne d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la fraude. Ils n&rsquo;ont pas peur de partager les donn\u00e9es. Cela permet de g\u00e9rer des op\u00e9rations facilement et d&rsquo;apporter une information pr\u00e9cise et d\u00e9taill\u00e9e. Les paniers moyens sont gros et pas livr\u00e9s imm\u00e9diatement, donc les impay\u00e9s sont particuli\u00e8rement importants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTout le monde fait de l&rsquo;AB testing sur ses pages\u201d a conclu Erwann Bruyelle, mais les e-commer\u00e7ants ne font pas assez de tests sur les paiements et cela n\u00e9cessite de prendre le temps, et aussi chez le marchand.<\/p>\n<p>Les diff\u00e9rentes briques (paiement diff\u00e9r\u00e9, one click, smart 3D Secure \u2026) ne sont pas seulement techniques elles sont aussi fonctionnelles. L&rsquo;activation du smart 3ds peut apporter des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices non n\u00e9gligeables. Avec ce syst\u00e8me de briques, et selon les circonstances, chaque marchand construit son propre syst\u00e8me qui est personnalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une bien belle solution au probl\u00e8me corn\u00e9lien du e-commerce.
