La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 toulousaine est partie d&rsquo;un constat : le <strong><a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"QR code\" href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/2014\/05\/qr-code-avenir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">QR code<\/a> ne fonctionne pas et son adoption par le public est encore trop timide<\/strong>. Certes, le QR code est peu connu encore, <a href=\"http:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Code_QR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">juste 20 ans apr\u00e8s son invention par Denso-Wave pour Toyota<\/a> et l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration d&rsquo;un code universel \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;une appli de marque permet de passer outre cette difficult\u00e9. Cependant, les enjeux de notori\u00e9t\u00e9 pour le \u00ab\u00a0bleam\u00a0\u00bb sont \u00e9normes car, Samuel Boury le reconna\u00eet, pour passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante, il va falloir gagner en notori\u00e9t\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du grand public \u2026 et il faudra donc faire au-moins aussi mal que le QR code qui, para\u00eet-il, peine \u00e0 s\u2019imposer (voir les chiffres ci-dessous). Ce qui fait que le bilan qu&rsquo;on avait tir\u00e9 il y a trois ans avec mon associ\u00e9 se r\u00e9alise.<\/p>\n<p>Les marques s&rsquo;engagent avec Ubleam car elles ont appris qu&rsquo;on pouvait permettre aux consommateurs de se connecter au travers d&rsquo;une brochure, d&rsquo;un packaging, et avoir des interactions mobiles tr\u00e8s riches comme la r\u00e9servation d&rsquo;h\u00f4tel, acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un bon de r\u00e9duction en magasin \u2026<\/p>\n<p>Mais la marque s&rsquo;engage d&rsquo;autant plus que le public adopte largement le \u00ab\u00a0bleam\u00a0\u00bb [NDLR le nom du code produit par Ubleam]. Nous avons d\u00e9sormais des chiffres (ils datent de janvier 2014) tir\u00e9s des exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es faites sur des brochures produites pour un des plus grands parcs de loisirs parisiens, qui montre un taux d&rsquo;engagement deux fois sup\u00e9rieur au QR code, avec une exp\u00e9rience client agr\u00e9able, puisqu&rsquo;on acc\u00e8de \u00e0 des images et des vid\u00e9os du parc au format mobile.<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;instant, sur les clients que nous avons, les principaux usages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 coll\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;usage du QR code. Les les gens consommateurs ont commenc\u00e9 par tester les usages sur les brochures et les guides, car on voit les codes 2D un peu partout, mais maintenant, nos clients nous annoncent qu&rsquo;ils veulent mettre le \u00ab\u00a0bleam\u00a0\u00bb non plus sur le packaging, mais sur le produit lui-m\u00eame, sur le parc, dans l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel, et c&rsquo;est la prochaine phase qui va se d\u00e9rouler dans les semaines qui viennent.<\/p>\n<h2>Une nouvelle \u00e9tape avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Nous avons en effet introduit une nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9 dans ce produit, qui est la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e permettra et permet d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;afficher de l&rsquo;information en temps r\u00e9el sur le \u00ab\u00a0bleam\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Vous arriverez dans un lieu, dans un magasin par exemple, et vous pourrez scanner un \u00ab\u00a0bleam\u00a0\u00bb avec votre Smartphone devant la vitrine ; au travers de votre Smartphone on vous affichera ainsi de l&rsquo;information personnalis\u00e9e sur des coupons, sur des bons plans, sur des conseils qui vous concernent.<\/p>\n<h2>Le QR code est-il vraiment mort ?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/marketingland.com\/the-death-of-the-qr-code-37902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><\/a>Les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cedricc.be\/qr-codes-quelques-chiffres-en-europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chiffres bougent beaucoup, mais il y a une \u00e9tude de IAB Belgique qui montrait qu&rsquo;une personne sur quatre seulement savait ce qu&rsquo;\u00e9tait un QR Code<\/a>. Ces chiffres sont publi\u00e9s, et \u00e7a c&rsquo;est un signe d\u00e9j\u00e0 ; peut-\u00eatre que le march\u00e9 se cache un peu derri\u00e8re ces chiffres, que les marques et les annonceurs tentent des exp\u00e9riences, mais il y a tr\u00e8s peu de chiffres fiables. <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"McDonald&#039;s Locations\" href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20230604051920\/https:\/\/www.menuism.com\/restaurant-locations\/mcdonalds-21019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"menuism noopener noreferrer\">McDonald&rsquo;s<\/a> a publi\u00e9 des chiffres qui sont relativement bons sur l&rsquo;Europe, mais sur toutes les op\u00e9rations que l&rsquo;on voit, nous observons a des taux de scan qui sont de l&rsquo;ordre de 0.6 % de scan par \u00e9l\u00e9ment tagg\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #4bacc6;\">NDLR : Sur ce sujet du QR code, nous vous invitons \u00e0 lire notre avis dans <a href=\"http:\/\/amonboss.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">La Communication expliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 mon boss<\/a><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Le d\u00e9fi pour Ubleam : parler au consommateur<\/h2>\n<p>Pour que le consommateur ait l&rsquo;application Ubleam dans sa poche et puisse lire le code, il faut qu&rsquo;on puisse parler directement au consommateur ! Cette ann\u00e9e, nous allons lancer un produit qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 parmi les demi-finalistes du salon le Web en d\u00e9cembre, qui s&rsquo;appelle la Bleam card. On s&rsquo;est dit que nous allons mettre le \u00ab\u00a0Bleam\u00a0\u00bb au service de tous. Et que chaque professionnel, qui a une carte de visite, puisse augmenter sa carte de visite avec la \u00ab\u00a0Bleam card\u00a0\u00bb. Chacun va se mettre en position d&rsquo;\u00e9vang\u00e9lise soi-m\u00eame en utilisant le \u00ab\u00a0Bleam\u00a0\u00bb. Principalement au Canada et aux \u00c9tats-Unis, et nous esp\u00e9rons rapidement d\u00e9marrer un bureau aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour pouvoir \u00eatre plus pr\u00e9sent dans la culture am\u00e9ricaine et \u00eatre plus pr\u00e8s de nos clients am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n<h2>Le projet futur le plus embl\u00e9matique<\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est indiscutablement de conqu\u00e9rir le grand public, d&rsquo;accentuer le service bleam card et les autres produits. Il est tr\u00e8s important pour nous de dynamiser la technologie, c&rsquo;est assez strat\u00e9gique. Je ne d\u00e9voile pas tout, mais il y a des trucs qui ont march\u00e9 dans des grandes soci\u00e9t\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines que nous allons int\u00e9grer dans notre lecteur.
