Voici les notes de mon entrevue avec <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pub\/patrick-bensabat\/0\/aa5\/b99\">Patrick Bensabat<\/span> (photo ci-dessous), fondateur de <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Business &amp; Decision\" href=\"https:\/\/group.businessdecision.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Business &amp; Decision<\/a> (<a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"BDSM\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/BDSM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"wikipedia noopener noreferrer\">B&amp;D<\/a>), \u00e9galement responsable de la naissance de <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201128144142\/https:\/\/www.kayoo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kayoo<\/a>, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"https:\/\/referentiel.lecko.fr\/solution\/kayoo\/\">remarqu\u00e9 par les \u00e9quipes de Lecko dans son rapport 2014<\/span>.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><b>R\u00e9inventer le RSE<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201128144142\/https:\/\/www.kayoo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"background-image: none; float: left; padding-top: 0px; padding-left: 0px; margin: 0px 5px 10px 0px; display: inline; padding-right: 0px; border: 0px;\" title=\"logo_kayoo\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/logo_kayoo.gif\" alt=\"logo_kayoo\" width=\"150\" height=\"73\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20201128144142\/https:\/\/www.kayoo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kayoo<\/a> n&rsquo;est pas un produit de <a href=\"https:\/\/group.businessdecision.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Business &amp; Decision<\/a>, mais une <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-50963 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Screenshot-2020-03-11-at-16.48.05.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"179\" height=\"276\" \/>start-up incub\u00e9e par la SSII, pilot\u00e9e directement par son PDG. \u00ab C&rsquo;est mon b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00bb nous a-t-il confi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;\u00e9tais assis \u00e0 sa table de r\u00e9union, lorsque le fondateur de Business &amp; Decision, Patrick Bensabat, SSII leader dans les domaines du business intelligence et du big data, m\u2019a fait la d\u00e9monstration de Kayoo, nouveau logiciel de RSE qu&rsquo;il a lanc\u00e9 il y a peu.<\/p>\n<p>On pourrait croire \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un logiciel de plus dans un paysage d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien encombr\u00e9, mais Patrick Bensabat, qui s&rsquo;est impliqu\u00e9 personnellement dans l&rsquo;\u00e9criture des sp\u00e9cifications, a su mettre le doigt directement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 le march\u00e9 est lacunaire, en r\u00e9inventant le RSE : \u00ab Je me suis interdit d&rsquo;aller voir les autres \u00bb, nous a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9, ce qui a permis \u00e0 la start-up fran\u00e7aise de partir d&rsquo;une feuille blanche, sans copier les acteurs \u00e9tablis de ce march\u00e9, et en prenant la probl\u00e9matique m\u00e9tier comme point de d\u00e9part ; une d\u00e9marche r\u00e9solument pragmatique et efficace.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_50961\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50961\" style=\"width: 535px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50961 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Screenshot-2020-03-11-at-16.48.16-e1583942959144.png\" alt=\"Kayoo\" width=\"535\" height=\"340\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-50961\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">L&rsquo;interface de Kayoo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_50957\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-50957\" style=\"width: 571px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50957 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Screenshot-2020-03-11-at-16.48.32.png\" alt=\"Kayoo\" width=\"571\" height=\"433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Screenshot-2020-03-11-at-16.48.32.png 571w, https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Screenshot-2020-03-11-at-16.48.32-396x300.png 396w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 571px) 100vw, 571px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-50957\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lecko a imm\u00e9diatement rep\u00e9r\u00e9 Kayoo, notamment au travers de son ergonomie et des capacit\u00e9s de partage. L\u2019utilisation en r\u00e9el chez B&amp;D m\u2019a surtout frapp\u00e9e par son int\u00e9gration au m\u00e9tier de l\u2019entreprise<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3><b>Partir du besoin m\u00e9tier<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Kayoo prend en effet le probl\u00e8me de la collaboration par le bon bout. <a href=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/fr\/?s=RSE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Comme nous l&rsquo;avons d\u00e9crit maintes fois sur ce blog, le principal d\u00e9faut des outils collaboratifs d\u2019entreprise est de faire l&rsquo;impasse sur le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel et la collaboration orient\u00e9e projet<\/a>. L\u2019historique de B&amp;D en tant que SSII a permis \u00e0 Patrick Bensabat et ses \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;\u00e9viter cet \u00e9cueil et de partir du postulat de l&rsquo;importance du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel et de l&rsquo;\u00e9change m\u00e9tier pour b\u00e2tir la collaboration \u2026 Et non l&rsquo;inverse comme on le voit trop souvent dans de nombreuses d\u00e9marches collaboratives. C&rsquo;est ce que j&rsquo;ai pu voir de mes propres yeux, au travers de la mise en oeuvre de l&rsquo;outil au sein-m\u00eame de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessdecision.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Business &amp; Decision<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"margin-bottom: 5px; max-width: 100%; border-top: #ccc 1px solid; border-right: #ccc 1px solid; border-bottom: #ccc 0px solid; border-left: #ccc 1px solid;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/slideshow\/embed_code\/32088586\" width=\"750\" height=\"486\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><strong><a title=\"[Fr] RSE : Pr\u00e9sentation de Kayoo, r\u00e9seau social d'entreprise (B&amp;D)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/ygourven\/kayoo-prsentation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">[Fr] RSE : Pr\u00e9sentation de Kayoo, r\u00e9seau social d&rsquo;entreprise (B&amp;D)<\/a> <\/strong>par\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/ygourven\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yann Gourvennec<\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n<p>L\u2019ergonomie de l&rsquo;outil, j\u2019ai pu en juger de visu, est aussi tr\u00e8s bien pens\u00e9e et en constante am\u00e9lioration.<\/p>\n<p><b>Collaborer aussi avec les clients<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Comme avec <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/IBM_Lotus_Notes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lotus Notes<\/a> il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, Kayoo permet de collaborer avec les clients et partenaires de l&rsquo;entreprise, prouvant ainsi une nouvelle fois l&rsquo;orientation m\u00e9tier de l&rsquo;outil. Il existe par ailleurs sortes de communaut\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>top down<\/strong> : pour permettre au top management de communiquer des informations \u00e0 ses \u00e9quipes ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>bottom up<\/strong> : au contraire de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, les employ\u00e9s prennent ici la parole et l\u2019initiative ;<\/li>\n<li>les communaut\u00e9s d&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9changes<\/strong>, priv\u00e9es ou publiques ;<\/li>\n<li>les publications pour le <strong>partage<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>le <strong>follow me<\/strong> (une sorte Twitter ou de Yammer interne) ;<\/li>\n<li>et les ouvertures vers l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble est chapeaut\u00e9 par un puissant moteur de recherche Exalead et le tout consultable par navigateur ou via une application Android (la version IOS n&rsquo;est pas encore disponible).<\/p>\n<p><strong>En finir avec Google drive dans l\u2019entreprise<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation des services Cloud grand public comme Google drive n\u2019est pas vraiment indiqu\u00e9e dans un contexte d\u2019entreprise : \u00e9parpillement de la connaissance, manque de confidentialit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, manque de professionnalisme vis-\u00e0-vis de la client\u00e8le\u2026 Kayoo propose donc son propre service de stockage dans le nuage afin de r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p><b>Clients, premiers essais et ambition mondiale<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessdecision.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Business &amp; Decision<\/a> s&rsquo;est appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 elle-m\u00eame ce nouveau rem\u00e8de, et avec succ\u00e8s, depuis huit mois, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;outil \u00ab n&rsquo;a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 sur tous les consultants \u00bb.
