Pour avoir des chiffres et conna\u00eetre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, je suis all\u00e9 en <a title=\"Catalonia\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=41.8166666667,1.46666666667&amp;spn=1.0,1.0&amp;q=41.8166666667,1.46666666667 (Catalonia)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">Catalogne<\/a>, par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone interpos\u00e9, et j&rsquo;ai interview\u00e9 <span title=\"http:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/lemberger\">Jonathan Lemberger, un entrepreneur fran\u00e7ais install\u00e9 dans la ville de Gaudi<\/span>, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u00e9duit avec <a href=\"http:\/\/tiendeo.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tiendeo<\/a> toute la distribution ib\u00e9rique et s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 conqu\u00e9rir le monde. Et avec quoi me direz-vous ? Une innovation 3D en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle qui a demand\u00e9 10 ans de R&amp;D ? Pas du tout ! Avec le bon vieux catalogue de promotions rouge et jaune des supermarch\u00e9s, encore l&rsquo;outil le plus utilis\u00e9 par la distribution et la m\u00e9nag\u00e8re de moins de 50 ans. Cela permet au consommateur de venir consulter tous les jours les offres qui sont disponibles dans les magasins qui sont autour de lui, dans son quartier ou dans sa ville, sans se d\u00e9placer ou directement depuis son mobile.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est une plate-forme d&rsquo;information du consommateur en ligne, qui lui permet de prendre de meilleures d\u00e9cisions d&rsquo;achat.\u00a0C&rsquo;est le m\u00eame principe que les catalogues papier que l&rsquo;on re\u00e7oit dans nos bo\u00eetes aux lettres, ils sont tous digitalis\u00e9s et regroup\u00e9s sur une m\u00eame plate-forme; ces catalogues sont index\u00e9s, donc il est plus facile de trouver les produits qu&rsquo;on recherche en une seule action. Par exemple, si on recherche une t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, \u00e0 <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"Paris\" href=\"http:\/\/www.paris.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">Paris<\/a>, il suffit de mettre \u00ab t\u00e9l\u00e9vision Paris \u00bb sur la plate-forme, et tous les magasins o\u00f9 il y a des promotions de t\u00e9l\u00e9viseurs \u00e0 Paris vont appara\u00eetre dans la page Internet.<\/p>\n<h3>Le catalogue Tiendeo nous montre que le prospectus n&rsquo;est pas mort<\/h3>\n<p>Cela repr\u00e9sente encore \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 70 % des co\u00fbts marketing de la grande distribution. C&rsquo;est donc l&rsquo;outil majeur du marketing de ce secteur. Mais ce marketing \u00e0 l&rsquo;ancienne n\u00e9cessite qu&rsquo;on imprime le papier, qu&rsquo;on le distribue &#8230; ll y a une logique pour qu&rsquo;on puisse montrer exactement la m\u00eame chose, en mieux, dans une version digitale. Avec Tiendeo, non seulement est-ce le cas, mais en outre, on peut mesurer l&rsquo;interaction des utilisateurs avec le catalogue. Nous avons fait des \u00e9tudes aupr\u00e8s de nos utilisateurs, une fois qu&rsquo;ils ont consult\u00e9 nos catalogues : nous leur demandons si apr\u00e8s consultation, ils ont l&rsquo;intention d&rsquo;aller dans le magasin pour faire des achats. En fonction des enseignes, entre 15 et 25 % des personnes qui lisent catalogue sur notre plate-forme ont effectivement l&rsquo;intention d&rsquo;aller dans les jours suivants au magasin pour acheter les produits qui les int\u00e9ressent.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Le mobile et le ciblage en temps r\u00e9el (le geofencing)<\/h3>\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;on a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 Tiendeo, \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 20 % des utilisateurs utilisaient le catalogue au travers l&rsquo;application mobile (disponible sur Android, <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"iPhone\" href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/iphone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">iPhone<\/a> et <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"IPad\" href=\"http:\/\/www.apple.com\/ipad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"homepage noopener noreferrer\">iPad<\/a>). Aujourd&rsquo;hui, cette proportion est pass\u00e9e \u00e0 environ 60 %. Les tablettes repr\u00e9sentent environ 10 % de toutes les consultations mobiles, le reste, soit 90 %, sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es sur Smartphone, au plus pr\u00e8s du point de vente.\u00a0Nous allons sortir tr\u00e8s prochainement un syst\u00e8me qui fait que, d\u00e8s que vous vous rendez dans un centre commercial, on vous propose les offres les plus int\u00e9ressantes des magasins alentour.<\/p>\n<p>Et cela est applicable non seulement aux centres commerciaux, mais \u00e9galement aux rues commer\u00e7antes par exemple. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e, c&rsquo;est effectivement d&rsquo;aider les utilisateurs \u00e0 percevoir les opportunit\u00e9s disponibles autour d&rsquo;eux. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e est la m\u00eame que Shopkick, qui marche fort aux <a class=\"zem_slink\" title=\"United States\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.com\/maps?ll=38.8833333333,-77.0166666667&amp;spn=10.0,10.0&amp;q=38.8833333333,-77.0166666667%20(United%20States)&amp;t=h\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"geolocation noopener noreferrer\">\u00c9tats-Unis<\/a>. Il est clair qu&rsquo;en Europe, cette tendance va se renforcer. Heureusement pour nous, m\u00eame si le travail commercial est tr\u00e8s important, tous les centres commerciaux ne sont pas ind\u00e9pendants, et beaucoup font partie de grands groupes. Il n&rsquo;y a donc pas besoin de les voir un par un pour les d\u00e9marcher.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Le catalogue Tiendeo de l&rsquo;Espagne \u00e0 l&rsquo;International<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">On a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 l&rsquo;expansion internationale il y a un an. On avait envie d&rsquo;aborder d&rsquo;autres pays en Europe et aussi en Am\u00e9rique du Sud. Ce sont les pays en forte croissance Internet qui nous int\u00e9ressent. Il y a un an nous avons annonc\u00e9 notre lancement en Italie, en Angleterre, au Br\u00e9sil et au Mexique. Plus r\u00e9cemment, entre d\u00e9cembre 2013 et janvier 2014, nous avons lanc\u00e9 d&rsquo;autres pays comme la France, l&rsquo;Allemagne, la Hollande, les \u00c9tats-Unis, la Colombie et l&rsquo;Argentine. On a lanc\u00e9 tous ces pays depuis l&rsquo;Espagne puisqu&rsquo;on nous sommes bas\u00e9s \u00e0 Barcelone. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Nous avons d\u00e9marr\u00e9 Tiendeo il y a trois ans et \u00e7a a tr\u00e8s bien fonctionn\u00e9 localement. En Espagne, nous avons 5 millions de visites par mois ce qui repr\u00e9sente environ 12 millions de catalogues lus. Au vu de ce succ\u00e8s espagnol, il y a un an, nous avons eu envie de nous lancer \u00e0 l&rsquo;international. Mais \u00e9videmment, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas de reste ici en Espagne mais d&rsquo;\u00eatre dans une vingtaine de pays, parmi les plus importants pour Internet dans le monde. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Mes 2 associ\u00e9es sont de Barcelone, nous nous sommes connus \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole centrale de Paris. Tiendeo a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 il y a 3 ans, et en 2014 nous sommes une quarantaine, de 12 nationalit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes. Chaque fois qu&rsquo;on ouvre un nouveau pays, on recrute au moins une personne du pays-l\u00e0.
