La r\u00e9putation en ligne est une opportunit\u00e9 \u00e0 saisir absolument, m\u00eame si beaucoup d&rsquo;entreprises abordent ce sujet n\u00e9gativement par la mesure du buzz n\u00e9gatif et par une sorte de r\u00e9action t\u00e9tanis\u00e9e vis \u00e0 vis des critiques que l&rsquo;entreprise peut essuyer. Comme de nombreux clients me l&rsquo;ont fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarquer, il y a beaucoup plus \u00e0 craindre d&rsquo;un buzz n\u00e9gatif sur Lib\u00e9ration ou Le Monde en France ou le New York Times aux Etats Unis. D&rsquo;ailleurs, l&rsquo;exemple le plus cit\u00e9 &#8211; <a title=\"Kryptonite\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kryptonite_lock#Vulnerability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">le soi-disant Kryptonite blogstorm<\/a> &#8211; est un bon exemple du danger des relais de la presse \u00e9crite, pas de la presse en ligne ! A bient\u00f4t sur <span class=\"removed_link\" title=\"http:\/\/TechtocTV.com\">TechtocTV<\/span> pour d&rsquo;autres d\u00e9bats passionnants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0c&rsquo;est toujours avec une r\u00e9elle l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 \u00e9ditoriale que nous traitons ce sujet qui nous int\u00e9resse avant tout pour compl\u00e9ter de fa\u00e7on instructive et p\u00e9dagogique nos premiers plateaux de sensibilisation au th\u00e8me de l&rsquo;Entreprise 2.0. \u00a0Voil\u00e0 donc un plateau qui concerne beaucoup plus d&rsquo;entreprises qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y para\u00eet :\u00a0<strong>de la TPE \u00e0 la multinationale&#8230;<\/strong>\u00a0Les intervenants abordent avec moult pr\u00e9cautions oratoires la question strat\u00e9gique de l<strong>&lsquo;insidieuse \u00ab e-r\u00e9putation \u00bb..<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Premier constat : \u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Les marques qui identifient depuis longtemps le buzz comme source, tout autant de communication positive que d&rsquo;inqui\u00e9tude travaillent de plus en plus sur les opportunit\u00e9s du marketing viral.
