L&rsquo;apport de Norbert Alter dans la litt\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;innovation est fondamental car il est sans langue de bois et d\u00e9crit la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du terrain en termes compr\u00e9hensibles par tous.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Norbert Alter est le seul \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter l&rsquo;innovation comme une transgression de l&rsquo;ordre \u00e9tabli : \u00ab\u00a0La vie en soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite de respecter un certain nombre de r\u00e8gles, de normes et de valeurs. Il en est de m\u00eame dans une organisation.
