Les lecteurs du JDN \u00e9tant souvent des professionnels de ces domaines, ou du moins bien inform\u00e9s, on imagine la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la m\u00eame question pos\u00e9e dans le grand public.<\/p>\n<h3>Le Web 2.0 c&rsquo;est quoi vraiment ?<\/h3>\n<p>Au del\u00e0 du simple (\u00e9pi)ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne Web 2.0 on peut se demander si ce qui est en cause, ce n&rsquo;est pas cette surm\u00e9diatisation conceptuelle du monde des technologies qui relance ind\u00e9finiment le d\u00e9bat autour de vraies fausses questions afin de cr\u00e9er un mouvement perp\u00e9tuel et relancer la machine \u00e0 chaque fois qu&rsquo;elle s&rsquo;essouffle.<\/p>\n<p>Euro, An 2000, folie du CRM, folie de la bulle, fi\u00e8vre du J2EE, champignonnage du middleware, etc. sont autant de modes lanc\u00e9es au fur et \u00e0 mesure de march\u00e9s qui s&rsquo;essoufflent. Au risque de perdre de vue la r\u00e9elle finalit\u00e9 du concept en question et de jeter avec exc\u00e8s les bons c\u00f4t\u00e9s apr\u00e8s en avoir ind\u00fbment ignor\u00e9 les mauvais.<\/p>\n<p>Car que le Web 2.0 soit un bon ou mauvais concept importe peu, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des bonnes id\u00e9es qui peuvent en sortir et des concepts marketing bas\u00e9s sur la collaboration avec le client. On se moque donc de savoir s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une \u00ab\u00a0panac\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb marketing (Badot, Coca &amp; Bucci 2006), mais on se pr\u00e9occupera plut\u00f4t de remettre le client au centre du marketing.<\/p>\n<p>A se demander si finalement, la meilleure fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9crire des web 2.0 serait de ne pas les d\u00e9crire, et de partir du principe qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de sites marketing collaboratifs .
