Le d\u00e9partement marketing intervient \u00e0 nouveau dans cette phase de consolidation, en fournissant aux commerciaux des contenus \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e, capables d\u2019emporter l\u2019adh\u00e9sion totale du prospect.<\/p>\n<p>Mais sans l\u2019aide des commerciaux, sans leur participation active \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de ces contenus de qualit\u00e9, ces derniers sont le plus souvent fades, insipides, sans rapport avec les r\u00e9els besoins du terrain.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Une collaboration \u00e9troite s\u2019impose donc entre le marketing et le commercial pour parvenir \u00e0 des contenus pertinents.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises fusionnent les d\u00e9partements marketing et commercial. Car les outils peuvent parasiter le bon fonctionnement entre marketeurs et vendeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Bonneton, sp\u00e9cialiste en sales excellence et n\u00e9gociation \u00e9motionnelle : \u00ab Ce qui est tr\u00e8s difficile pour le marketing, c\u2019est de comprendre de quels outils de vente a besoin le commercial. Et en m\u00eame temps, le commercial lui-m\u00eame ne sait pas trop ce dont il a besoin.
