Elles d\u00e9ploient de ce fait de la technologie pour de la technologie. Cela les am\u00e8ne \u00e0 utiliser des outils soit surdimensionn\u00e9s, soit inadapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Un des autres \u00e9cueils \u00e0 \u00e9viter avec les outils de marketing automation est qu\u2019ils donnent la possibilit\u00e9 aux marketeurs de cr\u00e9er de multiples sc\u00e9narios. Un des dangers est donc de multiplier \u00e0 l\u2019envi les diff\u00e9rents types de sc\u00e9narios jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un point de complexit\u00e9 ing\u00e9rable, qui n\u2019a plus aucun sens logique et qui est loin du bon sens.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre travers qu\u2019on rencontre souvent dans les entreprises est qu\u2019elles d\u00e9pensent le maximum de leur budget sur la partie technologique. Au moment de cr\u00e9er du contenu, elles n\u2019ont plus les ressources n\u00e9cessaires. C\u2019est exactement l\u2019inverse qu\u2019il faut faire. L\u2019id\u00e9al est de commencer par cr\u00e9er son propre contenu puis d\u2019utiliser les technologies de marketing automation avec les bons sc\u00e9narios, en fonction de ses besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il faut \u00eatre conscient que le nombre de solutions de marketing automation suit une courbe quasi exponentielle, tout comme le nombre de solutions appartenant \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie \u201cmartech\u201d. Une v\u00e9ritable loi de Moore : 150 solutions en 2011, 1 000 en 2014 et pr\u00e8s de 7 000 en 2018 !<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;incroyable complexification du paysage \u201cmartech\u201d est un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi lanc\u00e9 aux marketeurs d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui. Pour bien d\u00e9coder les technologies, ces derniers doit se doter d&rsquo;une m\u00e9ta-expertise et d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9codage.
