Ils recherchent de ce fait les m\u00eames exp\u00e9riences et fonctionnalit\u00e9s sur leurs smartphones qu&rsquo;en tant que consommateurs.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation du mobile joue donc un r\u00f4le de plus en plus central aupr\u00e8s des acheteurs B2B, notamment dans la phase de recherche d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bcg.com\/en-us\/publications\/2017\/marketing-sales-digital-go-to-market-transformation-mobile-marketing-new-b2b-buyer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Boston Consulting Group en 2017<\/a>, 80% des acheteurs B2B utilisent le mobile au travail, et plus de 60% indiquent que le mobile a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le important dans un achat r\u00e9cent.<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises B2b doivent donc adapter leur strat\u00e9gie de marketing digital en tenant compte de ces tendances lourdes.<\/p>\n<h2>Les limites des approches th\u00e9oriques<\/h2>\n<p>Comme souvent en mati\u00e8re de strat\u00e9gie de marketing digital, il faut veiller \u00e0 ne pas se focaliser sur la technologie pour la technologie. Le marketing mobile offre des possibilit\u00e9s quasi-infinies d\u2019interactions avec ses futurs clients. Il faut cependant veiller \u00e0 ce que la faisabilit\u00e9 technique soit au rendez-vous. Pour cela, le test, le test et le test s\u2019imposent.<\/p>\n<p>Les contenus doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la lecture sur mobile. M\u00eame si les articles de fond (souvent assez longs) sont toujours d\u2019actualit\u00e9 (surtout en B2B), il faut penser \u00e0 des formats plus l\u00e9gers, comme de courtes infographies, des br\u00e8ves, des vid\u00e9os de quelques secondes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Ces formats qualifi\u00e9s de \u201c<strong>snackable<\/strong>\u201d, sans d\u00e9pr\u00e9cier la qualit\u00e9 des informations transmises, peuvent amener un prospect \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir un site, une offre et l\u2019amener \u00e0 en savoir plus par la suite (avec des contenus plus longs).<\/p>\n<h2>Les tendances et innovations en marketing mobile B2B<\/h2>\n<p>Toujours selon l\u2019\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par le Boston Consulting Group, les entreprises ayant r\u00e9solument ax\u00e9 leur strat\u00e9gie marketing sur le mobile, qualifi\u00e9es de \u201cleaders\u201d par le cabinet d\u2019\u00e9tudes, g\u00e9n\u00e8rent des niveaux d\u2019engagement sur mobile tr\u00e8s sup\u00e9rieurs aux autres sites.<\/p>\n<p>Cela se mesure par le nombre de recherches effectu\u00e9es sur mobile, le trafic enregistr\u00e9 sur le site, le nombre de leads et de transactions. Ces entreprises \u201cleaders\u201d voient la part de leur chiffre d\u2019affaires g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e ou influenc\u00e9e par le mobile grimper \u00e0 42% (vs 14% pour les autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises qualifi\u00e9es de leaders par le Boston Consulting Group r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 au moins 5 des 6 crit\u00e8res suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u00e9penses publicitaires d\u00e9di\u00e9es au mobile sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 25% du budget publicitaire total ;<\/li>\n<li>exp\u00e9rience mobile consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u201cforte\u201d ou \u201ctr\u00e8s forte\u201d ;<\/li>\n<li>utilisation d\u2019une m\u00e9thodologie d\u2019attribution ;<\/li>\n<li>mise en \u0153uvre de personnalisation sur mobile ;<\/li>\n<li>investissement dans du contenu d\u00e9di\u00e9 au mobile ;<\/li>\n<li>optimisation du site pour mobile).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-55644 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/marketingmobile.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"256\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le mobile peut \u00e9galement acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer de 20% le \u201c<strong>time-to-purchase<\/strong>\u201d en augmentant l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la prise de d\u00e9cision et en am\u00e9liorant la collaboration des \u00e9quipes, notamment pour les achats plus complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Les acheteurs qui travaillent par le biais des canaux traditionnels et qui utilisent beaucoup le mobile passent en moyenne 49 jours entre la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de pistes et l&rsquo;achat ; ce chiffre passe \u00e0 84 jours pour ceux qui n&rsquo;utilisent pas du tout le mobile.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\"><p>Une exp\u00e9rience positive de l&rsquo;utilisation du mobile peut \u00e9galement augmenter la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 des clients.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Plus de 90% des acheteurs ayant d\u00e9clar\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience mobile sup\u00e9rieure disent qu&rsquo;ils sont susceptibles d&rsquo;acheter \u00e0 nouveau chez le m\u00eame fournisseur, contre seulement 50 % environ de ceux qui d\u00e9clarent une mauvaise exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-55645 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/visionarymarketing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/marketingmobile2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"454\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Outils et m\u00e9thodes du marketing mobile B2B<\/h2>\n<p>On l\u2019a vu, plusieurs points sont \u00e0 prendre en consid\u00e9ration lorsqu\u2019on b\u00e2tit une strat\u00e9gie de marketing mobile.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord faire en sorte que les contenus du site soient lisibles sur n\u2019importe quel type d\u2019\u00e9cran (\u00e9cran d\u2019ordinateur, de smartphone, de tablette&#8230;). Selon l\u2019\u00e9dition 2019 du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.open.global\/fr\/news\/barometre-usages-mobiles-4-edition-2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">barom\u00e8tre sur les usages mobiles en France publi\u00e9e par Open, l\u2019EBG et Testapic<\/a>, les applications mobiles d\u2019entreprise et B2B sont qualifi\u00e9es d\u2019applications \u201cde l\u2019ombre\u201d. La raison ? Elles sont beaucoup plus nombreuses qu\u2019on ne le croit et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent de fortes attentes de la part des utilisateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Ces applications d\u2019entreprise sont tout d\u2019abord destin\u00e9es aux collaborateurs (48% des r\u00e9pondants) sous forme de RSE ou d\u2019applications permettant un acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es RH.<\/p>\n<p>Mais elles peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre destin\u00e9es aux clients B2B (31% des r\u00e9pondants). Parmi les fonctionnalit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es, on trouve un acc\u00e8s au catalogue produits (69%), la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre contact avec l\u2019entreprise (38%) et des services de facturation (31 %).<\/p>\n<p>Toujours selon le barom\u00e8tre sur les usages mobiles en France, la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une application mobile ne doit \u00eatre envisag\u00e9e que pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une probl\u00e9matique op\u00e9rationnelle (m\u00e9tier) clairement identifi\u00e9e.
