Les co\u00fbts d\u2019acquisition sont donc beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, et ceci est vrai non seulement offline mais aussi online. Ce<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la se manifeste<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0principalement\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">par\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">des actions digitales, surtout \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 les utilisateurs ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s\u2019informer eux-m\u00eames.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ces actions digitales sont souvent orient\u00e9es autour du contenu de fond sur le sujet de l\u2019entreprise (blogs, livres blancs, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mais de<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s marques B2B\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">importantes\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 (Volvo\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">T<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">rucks et Caterpillar notamment<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0que la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de la marque en B2B pouvait aussi passer par des actions plus \u00e9loign\u00e9es du contenu du c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Par ailleurs, l\u2019int\u00e9gration massive de la donn\u00e9e, de son analyse et les nouvelles techniques influenc\u00e9es par les disciplines li\u00e9es au Big Data ont tendance \u00e0 rapprocher marketing B2B et B2C. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">D\u2019une part, le B2C s\u2019\u00e9loigne du marketing de masse en ouvrant la perspective d\u2019un marketing de la personnalisation individualis\u00e9e (le vieux r\u00eave de Don Peppers et Martha Rodgers des ann\u00e9es 90 est aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 port\u00e9e d\u2019un plus grand nombre de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">D&rsquo;autre part,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">le B2B sort du mod\u00e8le traditionnel de la vente et s\u2019investit en masse dans le marketing automation, le lead\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">nurturing<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ales\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">i<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ntelligence<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0et le\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">predictive<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0lead\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">scoring<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
