Though there are <strong>structures<\/strong> that are <strong>typically followed<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Conversion rate optimization is developing in a major way<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The process depends on each company and the resources they are able to allocate to it<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">A <strong>simple structure<\/strong> is as follows:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"ol1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Have a goal: <\/strong><\/span><em>There must be <strong>clear<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>objective<\/strong>\u00a0and should be <strong>measurable<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Collect the First Party Data: <\/strong><\/span><em>Be sure to collect <strong>relevant information<\/strong>\u00a0from your <strong>demographic<\/strong>. That way not only the <strong>business<\/strong> can<strong> reach their goal<\/strong> faster, but the <strong>user<\/strong> can as well.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Camille Mar\u00e9chal:<\/strong><\/span> \u201cWe may have <strong>less data<\/strong> in this <strong>new landscape<\/strong>, but it will be <strong>more accurate<\/strong> and <strong>allow<\/strong> for a <strong>more tailored experience<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p class=\"p1\">This makes the process much more enjoyable for the user<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><strong>Nissan\u2019s First Party Data Project<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In Nissan\u2019s first party data project<\/span><\/strong>, they <strong>implemented<\/strong> this sort of <strong>technique<\/strong>. The <strong>Covid-19 period<\/strong> had put <strong>Nissan<\/strong> in a very <strong>bad position<\/strong>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>People weren\u2019t able <strong>test-drive<\/strong> the <strong>cars<\/strong> and weren\u2019t <strong>requesting quotes<\/strong>, which was the way <strong>Nissan<\/strong> had <strong>generated <\/strong>their <strong>leads<\/strong>. As a result, they had to<strong> reimagine<\/strong> their <strong>business model<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The goal<\/span><\/strong> was to <strong>generate more leads<\/strong> through their <strong>website<\/strong>. They began collecting<strong> first party data<\/strong> rather than acquiring <strong>cookies<\/strong>. Then <strong>redeveloped<\/strong> their <strong>website<\/strong> and <strong>implemented<\/strong> a new, <strong>tailor-made experience<\/strong> for their users.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Camille Mar\u00e9chal: <\/strong><\/span>&#8220;They <strong>evolved<\/strong> and <strong>added<\/strong> new things as they went along.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"quote-light\">\n<p class=\"p1\">Nissan utilized UX-UI tools to research, design, and analyze their progress, and adjusted as needed<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>This proved to be a huge success.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Nissan gained an 18% increase in customer conversion<\/strong>\u00a0through their new\u00a0<strong>conversion rate optimization<\/strong>\u00a0tactic\u00a0<strong>alone<\/strong>. Taking\u00a0<strong>full advantage<\/strong>\u00a0of the\u00a0<strong>first party data<\/strong>\u00a0they\u2019ve\u00a0<strong>collected<\/strong>.
