How did this happen? First, there was the elimination of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=3&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=0ahUKEwiV-p3tvPLKAhXC_3IKHdN4DUgQFggsMAI&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Ftwittercommunity.com%2Ft%2Fclarification-about-share-counts-for-the-new-tweet-button%2F52868&amp;usg=AFQjCNHyYWbKX6qnbP7ULIG30pr_D8CM1A&amp;sig2=sSDyAlsHj_3GW8Y_oQu7gQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter share counter<\/a>. What\u2019s next? Everyone is squirming in their seats to see what will happen in the near future.. Is Twitter going to fall? Or will it overcome all the challenges? Personally, I wish it survives ! I believe it is a great tool, and an amazing source of information.. I wrote this article to describe the situation, and try to figure out what is going to happen to the blue chirping bird..<\/i><\/p>\n<h2><b>Remodelling Twitter<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Obviously , it is panic on board for Twitter. They see their stocks spiralling down, their impact decreasing online.\u00a0 They are testing, and attempting different changes. These changes will either be accepted, or ignored (maybe even rejected) by its users. That is a risk the company is taking. But do they have any other option? Not really. R&amp;D and implementation is their only move at the moment. In the past, when users wanted to read a full conversation, it expanded within their timeline. In addition to that, if it was a lengthy conversation, not all replies would show. Twitter worked on this negative aspect, and changed it.. <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210615142447\/https:\/\/mashable.com\/2016\/02\/02\/twitter-new-replies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Now, when users click on a tweet, a new window pops out, showing the full conversation with all the replies to that tweet. Twitter said it would make it easier for users, and especially the new ones.<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=1&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=0ahUKEwiK0c3jvvLKAhUD7BQKHVJyBp0QFggfMAA&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fmashable.com%2F2016%2F02%2F10%2Ftwitter-launches-new-timeline%2F&amp;usg=AFQjCNHLCCp7ERZPxekYNbMJY0p9Slguyw&amp;sig2=u2FqCqYqVkeCYKvYS6HtZw&amp;bvm=bv.114195076,d.d24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">After that move, Twitter announced its new Facebook-like timeline<\/a>. Indeed, they launched it a few days ago. This new feature sorts tweets based on <!--more-->relevancy instead of in a chronological order. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=1&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=0ahUKEwiK0c3jvvLKAhUD7BQKHVJyBp0QFggfMAA&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fmashable.com%2F2016%2F02%2F10%2Ftwitter-launches-new-timeline%2F&amp;usg=AFQjCNHLCCp7ERZPxekYNbMJY0p9Slguyw&amp;sig2=u2FqCqYqVkeCYKvYS6HtZw&amp;bvm=bv.114195076,d.d24\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Basically, you get the best and most important tweets from the people you follow on top of your timeline.<\/a> Some might ask how is this different from the \u2018While you were away\u2019 feature. Actually, it is different, in the sense that \u2018while you were away\u2019 tweets recap what users missed in a certain time laps. Whereas \u2018best tweets first\u2019 feature, is always relevant, and at the top of the timeline.<br \/>\nThere are different opinions about these two new steps that Twitter took. Some are happy that Twitter is reacting to its struggles and is attempting to do something about it, while others are criticising the changes.<br \/>\nIf you are curious to try out this new feature, now you can on all the platforms (Website, iOS and Android). However, a lot of questions are asked. Will users be receptive to these changes? Will they reject them? How will this help Twitter survive?\u00a0We maybe need to just wait and see.. All we see online, whether on <a href=\"http:\/\/mashable.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mashable<\/a> or on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.fr\/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=1&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=0ahUKEwiw7tGAv_LKAhVMwBQKHVatBHkQFgghMAA&amp;url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.cnbc.com%2F&amp;usg=AFQjCNFGulY5r5p7ZpScL_PiDjUrlAp2fQ&amp;sig2=P-CMiywKXSjq6in7pMFKxg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CNBC,<\/a> are Twitter news updates.<br \/>\nDespite the critical situation Twitter is going through right now, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/money\/markets\/2016\/01\/25\/twitter-has-412-years-fix-itself\/79301680\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CEO Jack Dorsey said that his company has $3.5 billion dollars<\/a>. I guess this gives them plenty of time (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/money\/markets\/2016\/01\/25\/twitter-has-412-years-fix-itself\/79301680\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">412 years to be exact<\/a>) to get back on track.
