Tapscott is one of those people able to describe a &#8216;<a title=\"paradigm shift\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Paradigm-Shift-Promise-Information-Technology\/dp\/0070628572\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paradigm shift<\/a>&#8216; when others barely understand anything that is happening to them.<\/p>\n<p>Just as most people thought we had just entered the long tunnel of crisis at the end of the 1990&#8217;s, Tapscott was able to discern &#8211; like Charles Handy and others &#8211; that the world was in fact deeply changing, that the ground was moving under our very feet.<\/p>\n<p>But his language is so simple that he is able to describe what others may perceive as trivial, whereas it is in fact very profound.<\/p>\n<p>So, as the majority is still struggling with the concept of individuals cooperating with each other in order to produce better results the co-author of wikinomics has caught a glimpse of the world which is going through one more drastic structural change.<\/p>\n<p>An article on Businessweek online (now Bloomberg), entitled <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2005-06-19\/the-power-of-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>the Power of Us<\/em><\/a>, is actually proving the point with a real-life example on how people are collaborating in the enterprise.
